The following forms of payment are accepted on Sorrelli.com:

• QuadPay, which splits your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Please note that Sorrelli e-gift cards are also redeemable on the site. However, coupon codes and special promotions do not apply to the purchase of gift cards, and gift cards cannot be purchased using an Afterpay installment plan.

At Sorrelli, if a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can send it back within 30 days of the invoice date. However, some exclusions apply. To initiate a return, the customer needs to contact Customer Service at 877-659-4374 (Mon - Fri, 8:30AM to 5:00PM ET) to request a return authorization (RA). Once the RA is received via email, it should be printed and included with the returned items. Sorrelli does not provide shipping labels for returned items. The items should be shipped in a well-padded box, and a method of shipping that can be tracked should be used. Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days of receipt. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Certain sale and promotional items cannot be returned. Each piece will specify whether or not it is final sale on any promotional materials, advertisements or on the invoice. Special order items (custom lengths, and earring types) are not eligible for return or exchange.

As for the shipping policy, all orders of $150.00 or more for delivery within the contiguous United States will ship for free via Standard Shipping (UPS SurePost). All U.S. orders under $150.00 will ship for a flat rate of $9.95 via Standard shipping (UPS SurePost). Orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of major U.S. holidays. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified by email of the anticipated delivery timeframe. Please note that orders shipping to destinations outside of the contiguous United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories) are not eligible for free/flat rate shipping promotions.
